Lately I’ve been having some vivid dreams. This morning as I started to wake up from another one, I felt like my dream world and my waking world were supposed to be connected. I realized that every time I wake up from a vivid dream, I feel this way. Like for a moment I can’t tell which place is the dream! I started to think about why that was, and why dreams can feel so real. This is what came to me:
When we dream we are astral projecting. Our minds enter another dimension and live as “me” and “you” in that dimension. When we have a reoccurring dream, we are visiting the same time in the same dimension over again. When a dream that we’ve had is similar to another dream, or it seems like a dream you once had looks and feels like the dream you just came from, it is because they are both of the same dimension.
After realizing this I started to think about this world that I’m living in now, and how every morning I wake up feeling new. As they say, “every day is a new day.” True. Every day is a slightly new day from yesterday. What we remember from yesterday to help us live out today is actually a full memory download for this new place. But that doesn’t mean that yesterday didn’t matter. Every moment counts toward tomorrow. Meaning what we do now brings a result. Either we’re doing the same things over again in a loop, or we’re moving forward. It’s up to us to change our tomorrow and to not be stuck in the loop.
